Drive Results.\nWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations within our Celina Distribution Center and play a critical role in the success of our facility. In this leadership position, you will oversee warehouse operations, safety, staffing, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement efforts while developing future leaders and driving a culture of accountability and engagement.\nAs a key member of the site leadership team, you will partner closely with the General Manager and cross-functional business partners to execute operational strategies, improve performance, and support growth initiatives.\nImportant: This position is currently scheduled for first shift; however, candidates must be shift-flexible. The selected candidate may be assigned to a day, mid, or night shift based on business needs and should be willing to occasionally support alternate shifts as operational demands require.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead Distribution Center Operations\nDirect and oversee all facets of warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.\nEnsure operational execution consistently meets customer service, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.\nDrive consistent performance through standard work, process focus, and performance management.\nMonitor workflow, labor utilization, and facility performance to improve efficiency and efficiency.\nDevelop staffing and capacity plans aligned with forecasted business demands.\nMaintain an organized, efficient, and audit-ready operation.\nBuild High-Performing Teams\nLead, coach, and develop Department Managers and frontline leaders.\nCreate a culture centered on accountability, engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nEstablish clear expectations and provide ongoing coaching, development, and performance feedback.\nSupport hiring, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.\nPromote effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.\nChampion Safety & Compliance\nFoster a safety-first culture where associates are empowered and engaged in workplace safety.\nConduct operational reviews, inspections, and observations to proactively identify and mitigate risk.\nLead incident investigations and root cause analysis to drive sustainable corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.\nDrive initiatives that improve workplace safety, operational quality, and customer satisfaction.\nDrive Continuous Improvement\nUse benchmarks, operational reporting, and key indicators to measure success and discover opportunities.\nLead initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, inventory accuracy, quality, and cost performance.\nAnalyze business trends and operational data to implement process improvements and best practices.\nDrive labor optimization and resource planning through data-driven decision making.\nPromote a culture where innovation, problem solving, and continuous improvement are part of daily operations.\nPartner Across the Business\nCollaborate with Supply Chain, Transportation, Inventory, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and other business partners.\nServe as a key contributor to site leadership initiatives and overall planning activities.\nProvide operational insights, performance analysis, and recommendations that support business growth and customer service excellence.\nSupport enterprise projects and operational initiatives that enhance network performance.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.\n5+ years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center, Fulfillment Center, or large-scale warehouse environment.\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, labor planning, and performance management.\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams, develop leaders, and achieve operational results.\nExperience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), labor management tools, and operational reporting platforms.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to employ data to make informed decisions.\nEffective communication and relationship-building skills.\nWorking knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.\nLocation Flexibility: Successful candidates must demonstrate a willingness to relocate to various U.S. locations throughout their career to support organizational needs and advancement opportunities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience leading multiple operational departments and shifts within a high-volume distribution environment.\nLean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certification.\nExperience with workforce planning, labor management, and capacity modeling.\nProven success driving improvements in safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and service levels.\nExperience leading operational transformation and organizational change initiatives.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to lead a critical operation, influence business results, and make a measurable impact on associates, customers, and company performance.
