You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a DC Supervisor, 2nd shift, you will be responsible for:\nSupervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services\nCoordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, and component part support\nEnsuring the safe and accurate storage of materials\nProviding daily supervision to a team of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring\nScheduling repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts\nAssisting in developing replenishment plans for equipment\nAdhering to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements\nMaintaining regular and reliable attendance\nPerforming other duties as assigned\nRequirements\nTo be successful in this role, you should have:\nProven experience in warehouse supervision\nOutstanding organizational and time management skills\nStrong leadership and team management abilities\nA keen eye for detail and a dedication to flawless execution\nThe ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nA strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies\nWhy Join Ferguson Enterprises?\nAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
