If you are a proven leader in warehouse management, order fulfillment, inventory control, process management, work-shift coordination, and are organized with great communication skills, this is the position for you!\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for the workload planning, production, and execution of a fast-paced operation with the leadership and development of hourly associates and salaried leaders.\nThis position oversees a team of salaried and hourly associates working a 2nd shift schedule beginning at 2:30 PM.\nIn addition to the responsibilities above, you will:\nCoordinate and ensure all safety and regulatory compliance in a proactive and positive manner\n\nLead all aspects of shift operations to include selection, shipping, receiving, down stock, replenishments, and trailer loading operations\n\nEstablish weekly operations plans to ensure all customer volume is processed in a timely manner\n\nRun DCs quality functions: supervise internal/external quality controls; track service commitment levels and effectiveness, develop quality initiatives; implement standard methodologies.\n\nBalance workload planning to reach budget and production goals\n\nLead all aspects of inventory control in our warehouse and overall quality program to meet daily levels of service and perfect order metrics\n\nChampion employee engagement through coaching and development programs, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment while enhancing individual skills and career growth.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree preferred\n\n5+ years’ management experience in supply chain distribution\n\nWMS and LMS experience strongly preferred\n\nProficient in OSHA and DOT regulations\n\nProject management experience desired (LEAN, KAIZEN, Agile)\n\nPrevious experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring and development initiatives\n\nPrior experience in robotics, conveyance, and slotting equipment operation highly preferred.\n\nDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced distribution center environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy in all tasks.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required\n\nCommunicate and collaborate effectively with senior leadership across multiple shifts to ensure alignment on strategic goals, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nChampion safety and provide a first in safety culture\n\nAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
