You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.\nEnterprise PMO Project Manager\nResponsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver critical business outcomes and strategic value to the organization. This role manages projects from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, effective execution, and successful adoption of solutions. The Project Manager collaborates with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nLocation: This is a Hybrid role based out of Newport News, VA HQ, in accordance with the Ferguson Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote. May consider Remote for the right candidate.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage all phases of assigned projects-from initiation through completion-ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, scope, budget, and schedule.\nMonitor project progress and performance against established plans; proactively address risks, issues, and roadblocks to minimize delays and ensure successful delivery.\nLead cross-functional project meetings, facilitate decision-making, and deliver regular project status updates to partners and senior leadership.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and risk registers.\nIdentify, assess, and resolve complex project challenges using advanced problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and sound judgment.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal team members, external partners, and senior leadership to ensure alignment, engagement, and support throughout the project lifecycle.\nProvide guidance, mentorship, and support to other program and project managers, contributing to the development of best practices and project delivery standards.\nCoordinate activities across business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution and comprehensive project coverage.\nEnsure adherence to project governance processes and reporting standards, delivering clear and actionable insights on project performance and outcomes.\nContinuously evaluate project execution processes and recommend improvements to enhance delivery efficiency, scalability, and organizational impact.\nPreferred Experience and Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an enterprise environment\nPMP and CSM certifications are highly preferred\nProven ability to influence and collaborate with partners across all levels of the organization\nExperience understanding differing company cultures and integrating teams\nStrong presentation skills, both written and verbal\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management software\nAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
