This role ensures day-to-day operations run safely, efficiently, and consistently while developing the leadership capability needed to progress into more senior operational ownership roles.\nThis position builds depth in performance management, process discipline, and leadership capability. A strong focus on executing operational strategy, managing frontline performance, and developing teams while gaining exposure to broader business metrics and cross-functional execution.\nNot remote, located in the central time zone.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nParticipates in the strategic development and execution of the we are an industrial environment and strategy to produce profitable growth and strong cash flow performance.\nContributes to sales forecasting, financial budgeting and expenditure management to achieve company budget objectives.\nSupports the development of strong sales and management teams, implementing recruitment, training and mentoring programs that result in a capable and motivated workforce.\nFollows mechanisms that drive the identification of opportunities for new market or business segment opportunities, or to enhance profit margin enhancement and accelerating top-line revenue growth.\nPerforms the analysis of market trends and stored data to assist in sales/promotions for present and future business.\nAdhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.\nRegular and reliable attendance\nOther duties as assigned - Branch or Central Ops Support - Invoicing, billing, ISO, H&S, admin support, etc.\nmanagement\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered\n3+ years management / leadership experience coupled with handling inventory / operational tasks\nTrilogie experience is required\nAbility to adapt and change processes to keep pace with the evolving business requirements\nOutstanding organizational and leadership skills to optimally respond to urgent situations\nMust be process oriented with good judgment and decision-making abilities\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to lead a team\nStrong technical skills included but not limited to Microsoft O365 applications\nAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
