Whether you have experience in the trades or are looking to break into the industry, Ferguson is hiring Inside Sales Representatives who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.\nSchedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am - 5pm\nResponsibilities\nWork together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.\nEnsuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.\nCoordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.\nAnswer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.\nAbility to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.\nQualifications\n1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is required.\n1-3 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred\nTrilogee knowledge highly preferred\nExhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.\nProven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.\nAbility to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.\nHighly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.\nGeneral digital literacy including Microsoft Office.\nAbility to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.\nAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
