Our Installation Associates deliver, install, and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. We are a family friendly company offering a great work/life balance, excellent benefits, full company-paid training, and a variety of career paths.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm or until route completion.

Responsibilities:

• Train associates on proper installation procedures.

• Consult with associates and customers at job sites.

• Order parts to maintain inventory.

• Perform quality checks on the installation work to ensure proper installation practices are used.

• Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expendedon work orders.

• Manage installation related issues and provide solutions.

• Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locatemalfunctions.

• Install or replace machinery, equipment, appliancesand new or replacement parts.

• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations is required.

• Validstate issuedlicense is required.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Experience in alead role is highly preferred.

• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintaina valid DOT Medical card in order tomeet driver requirements

• Must have great mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things.

• With the assistanceof lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, the ability to lift 90+ pound objects constantly.

• Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers. Excellent customer service skills are a must!

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
