This role partners with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT to build, support, and enhance solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud, with responsibility for integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and period-close support.\n\nResponsibilities: \nProvide top-notch support for associates experiencing problems.\nTroubleshoot issues and work to identify a solution that fixes problems or allows associates to move forward.\nMonitor request, incident, and problem queues.\nCoordinate and collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot problems that span multiple teams and disciplines.\nSupport and enhance Oracle Financials Cloud, including GL, AP, Cash Management, Projects and Fixed Assets, and SLA.\nManage and optimise Oracle Expense processes and configurations.\nSupport Oracle Finance Procurement Requisition flows and approval routing.\nAssist Finance teams with period close, reconciliation, and resolving system blockers.\n\nIntegration and Automation: \nSupport and troubleshoot custom integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).\nUpdate and change custom integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).\nSupport, troubleshoot, enhance, and automate solutions using EPM Automate scripting.\nSupport GL batch importing and troubleshoot loading errors.\nMonitor integrations and troubleshoot errors; update alerting as needed\nWork with external/internal systems to ensure stable and secure data flows.\n\nReporting and Analytics: \nDevelop OTBI analyses, subject areas, and dashboards (OTBI / Reports).\nBuild and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) data models, templates, and scheduled jobs.\nAssist functional teams with ad-hoc reporting needs and performance improvements.\n\nOperations, Support and Governance: \nTroubleshoot production issues across integrations, reports, periods, and financial modules.\nFollow and support ITIL incident/change/problem management processes.\nHandle Oracle Support Requests (SRs), escalation, documentation, and lifecycle tracking.\nProvide clear line-of-business updates on system incidents, planned outages, and enhancements.\nMaintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.\n\nAdditional Responsibilities: \nParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.\nEnsure timely response and resolution of incidents during on-call periods.\nSupport two operational shifts aligned with India time zones: 06:00-15:00 IST and 14:00 -
