This role is a launchpad to outside sales, branch management, and leadership.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAnswer inbound calls and web inquiries - warm leads, provided to you, ready to talk\nRun face-to-face video consultations - build move inventories and prepare accurate quotes on camera with clients\nGuide clients through the booking process - handle objections, build confidence, close the move\nFollow up consistently on open quotes - a helpful check-in, not a pressure call\nIdentify complex jobs that need an on-site estimate and coordinate those appointments\nSell into every market Ferguson operates from your desk in Burnaby - Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Toronto, and growing.
