The primary purpose is to provide high service through a support role to the Sales and Operations Planning Organization.\nResponsibilities\nCollect data from various sources and prepare spreadsheets for analysis.\nCoordinate research and normalize data for incorporation into reports.\nProvide timely and accurate reporting through established processes to Field Purchasing Team buyers and management.\nRun and execute daily DRR orders for blended branches.\nSupport buyers and blended associates in the Field Purchasing Team.\nUtilize Excel, SharePoint, and other Microsoft programs to complete tasks efficiently.\nDemonstrate customer service focus in daily interactions.\nEnsure regular and reliable attendance.\nAdhere to company compliance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills (advanced functions, formulas, and reporting).\nWorking knowledge of Trilogie systems (e.g., TCL, BCM, POE, ABOD).\nMS Access experience preferred.\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nSolid math and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.\nAbility to build effective relationships with buyers and blended associates.\nExcellent customer service orientation.\nDetail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized.\nPositive attitude and strong teamwork skills.\nAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
