You will be working with a friendly team that is incredibly welcoming and passionate about everything baking.\nHOW YOU WILL RISE TO THE OCCASION\nIn this role, you will produce a wide variety of baked goods including pies and celebration cakes, while utilising a range of skills from running high speed processing equipment to manual handling ingredients and finished product.\nCore duties:\nProduce a range of pastry and cake products utilising your trade skills and plant bakery experience.\nSet-up and monitor production to maximise quality and minimise waste.\nEnsure production targets are met whilst ensuring HACCP quality and safety adherence at all times.\nProvide leadership in continuous improvement and team effectiveness.\nImportantly, you will follow health and safety standards while ensuring that your area is clean and maintained at all times.\nPlease Note: public transport is quite challenging in this area and as such you will need a car to get here.\nTHE INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED\nWe are looking for individuals who are passionate about baking and making people happy, and who have the right attitude!
