This team supports Ferguson Home showroom customers from the time of purchase through delivery, ensuring a seamless post sale experience. This role focuses on delivering proactive, world-class customer service while supporting order progression and maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.\nThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys contributing in a fast-paced, collaborative support environment. This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.\nResponsibilities\nManage purchasing, order maintenance, and delivery timelines to ensure accurate and efficient order progression\nDeliver world-class customer service through timely, professional communication with customers and internal partners via phone and email\nProactively communicate order status and provide updates to support a seamless customer experience\nManage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on the customer and appropriate urgency\nSupport customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and timely processing of all orders\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to overall service and operational efficiency\nQualifications\nPrior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nResults oriented with a strong customer service mindset\nHigh attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism\nAbility to quickly learn new systems, manage multiple tasks, and effectively prioritize work\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to thrive in a collaborative and inclusive environment\nExperience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus\nAt Ferguson, we care for each other. The estimated pay range for this position is below.
