This role models best-in-class delivery and serves as a mentor to other facilitators, helping elevate enterprise learning standards.\nThe position partners closely with learning leaders and program managers to shape the learner experience, influence program execution, and support delivery innovation. They also consult on program enhancements, offer insight into content improvements, and may contribute to strategic elements of program planning or stakeholder alignment.\nThe role frequently leads sessions requiring subject-matter expertise or certification and supports the broader learning culture by ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery. Success is measured by the trainer’s ability to drive learner engagement, support skill growth at scale, and contribute meaningfully to enterprise learning priorities through expert facilitation and strategic partnership.\nLocation:\nThis role is based out of Ferguson corporate Tampa offices (Gasworx, Ybor City location) opening spring of 2027. Remote work with some travel to corporate offices in Newport News VA and for certifications as needed during onboarding. The role will work remotely in Tampa then move full time in office at time of opening (spring/summer 2027).\nResponsibilities:\nLead delivery of high-impact and high-visibility learning programs.\nMentor and coach other trainers to ensure delivery quality and consistency.\nPartner with program managers to enhance learning experience and outcomes.\nProvide feedback to inform content improvement and delivery strategy.\nContribute to enterprise learning initiatives, including facilitator development.\nQualifications, Experience and Tenure:\nBachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in facilitation and delivery.\n5+ years in facilitation; training delivery, business training, or learning & development. experience mentoring peers or supporting design iterations.\nCertifications in learning & development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) or progress towards are a plus.\nCertifications in the facilitation of Leadership Development are a plus.\nExperience designing and delivering programs for diverse audiences and business functions.\nPrior experience mentoring or supporting other trainers is preferred.\nExperience with virtual and blended learning methods is a plus.\nExperience in a large or multi-site organization is preferred.\nImpact and Results:\nFocus: Delivers enterprise-wide programs and models best-in-class facilitation.\nCollaboration Level: Acts as a strategic delivery partner and consults with learning managers on enhancements.\nInfluence: Shapes delivery experience, mentors peers, and may engage in design or strategy planning.\nScope of Delivery: Leads sessions across specialized capability (often requiring certification) areas and audiences; supports learning culture enterprise-wide.\nExpected Impact: Elevates delivery standards, drives learner growth, and supports strategic learning priorities.\nAdvanced Facilitation: Models best-in-class delivery across formats and audiences.\nPeer Leadership: Coaches others and supports a culture of excellence.\nStrategic Thinking: Anticipates learner and program needs to elevate impact.\nFeedback & Influence: Offers actionable insights to improve programs and delivery.\nEnterprise Mindset: Connects individual sessions to broader org learning goals.\nAgility: Navigates change and adapts facilitation style to evolving needs.\nAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
