We have the skill, experience, and the dedication to properly address all electrical repair and construction needs.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nFerguson Electric’s Accounts Receivable Specialist reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts all while strongly upholding and promoting the organization's core values.\nWHAT YOU MAY DO\nPrepare and submit job invoicing using Salesforce and NetSuite.\nPrepare and submit supplemental invoices for jobs using Salesforce and NetSuite. \nMaintain customer billing details and contact information.\nEnsure accurate and timely billing of electrical maintenance contracts.\nWeekly billing of completed time and material projects.\nABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS\n2 + years’ experience in accounting or a field related to accounting and customer service. \nAssociates degree preferred. \nExcellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism. \nComputer literate preferably in MS Word/Excel. \nFerguson Electric recognizes the value of diversity in our workforce.
