As we scale quickly, our People team is building the foundation (programs, processes, and data) that will support thousands of employees and contractors across energy, construction, and technology.\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for an HR Programs Specialist to help design, launch, and measure the people programs that support our growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of HR operations, people analytics, and program management, partnering with HR leadership, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to turn workforce data into decisions and ideas into scalable processes. This is a high-visibility role on a People team that is building from the ground up.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and maintain workforce reporting and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring, span of control, and contractor and employee mix, and translate the results into clear recommendations for leadership.\nSupport headcount planning and organizational design work, including position tracking, role clarity, and keeping a reliable single source of truth for headcount.\nPartner with Total Rewards on compensation analysis, offer support, market benchmarking, and annual merit and bonus cycles.\nDesign, launch, and manage people programs such as onboarding, early-career and development programs, and engagement initiatives, from planning and communications through measuring outcomes.\nDocument and improve HR processes and SOPs, and identify opportunities to automate manual work and improve data quality.\nAct as a point of contact for program participants and stakeholders, coordinating communications and resolving issues.\nPrepare executive-ready materials and analysis for HR leadership.\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\n2-5 years of experience across HR, people analytics, compensation, HR operations, or HR program management.\nStrong analytical skills, with advanced Excel and experience in at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).\nExperience managing programs or projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.\nThe ability to turn complex data into a clear story for non-technical audiences.\nComfort with ambiguity and building process where none exists.\nA bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nNice to Have\nSQL or experience with data tools such as Snowflake or Alteryx.\nExposure to compensation planning cycles or workforce and contingent labor planning.\nExperience in a high-growth environment or in a large enterprise HR function.\nFamiliarity with project tools such as Jira, Notion, or
