About the Role: The Fermilab Particle Physics Directorate (PD) seeks to staff a senior level Cryogenic Engineer. This engineer will have responsibilities for planning, researching, and developing large/major engineering projects. This person will lead and contribute in areas such as the design, design review, procurement, manufacture, installation, testing, and initial operation in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations, requirements and standards, and all Department of Energy (DOE) orders. The engineer will also estimate manpower, schedule work, coordinate and direct or manage technicians and other engineers as assigned. They will review progress and evaluate results.
