And delivers record business results and confirmed one of the “World’s most powerful brands”.\nAbove all Ferrari is an international team (with 60+ nationalities) working with the highest level of professionalism and dedication, based on performance, meritocracy and continuous development, with innovation at the heart of our future.\nWe are looking for a dedicated intern in our Product Development Quality team, with specific activities to assure the compliance to the quality standards (in terms of software processes and work products) of internal development activities and towards external suppliers in all software development phases.\nYou will cooperate in different activities, including:\nSupport continuous improvement of software development processes through the execution of internal audit/assessment and metrics analysis.\nMonitor project milestones execution and support lesson learnt activities.\nMonitor internal software Development processes through the definition and update of Quality checks/Quality reports/reviews;\nSupport and review the execution of software candidate approval checklist with focus on the status of verification and validation activities;\nParticipate in preparation and execution of external audits/assessments done by certification companies;\nEvaluate the maturity of the software development processes and quality of work products of external supplier through the execution of Ferrari Tools (SEA, QRA, Program review) in sourcing phase and development phase;\nDefine and update work methods and reference procedures for software Quality Assurance and support the definition of the ones for R&D.\nRequired profile\nFor this fundamental role in managing the Product Development Quality activities, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Computer Science, Electronic or Management Engineering or equivalent.\nYou will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.\nIn Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team.
