You will be responsible for safely operating basic machinery, supporting production line activities, and helping ensure our products consistently meet Ferrero’s high quality standards. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to efficient production while always putting safety, quality, and care at the heart of what you do.\nThis is a permanent role working on either a fixed shift pattern of Mornings (6am-2pm) or Afternoons (2pm-10pm). Flexibility will be key to supporting changing production and operational demands. The shift pattern and operational requirements will be reviewed after 12 months to ensure the structure continues to best support production and business needs.\nMain Responsibilities:\nIn this role, you will support the safe and efficient operation of our production area, ensuring machinery and production lines run smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork.\nSafely operate basic production machinery, including cutting machines, in line with standard operating procedures.\n\nSupport the set-up, operation, and ongoing monitoring of production lines, carrying out basic visual quality checks.\n\nFollow all health, safety, and hygiene requirements while working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.\n\nAbout You:\nYou bring a positive, responsible approach to work and are comfortable operating in a manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are essential.\nYou are comfortable working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment and understand the importance of following procedures.\n\nYou take health and safety seriously and pay close attention to quality and detail.\n\nYou enjoy working as part of a team, are reliable, and are willing to learn and develop new skills.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nCareers with caring built in - discover our benefits here.\nAbout Ferrero:\nFerrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946.
