This role focuses on ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards by conducting supplier audits, evaluating performance, and identifying risks within packaging materials and processes. The successful candidate will manage and follow up on non-conformities, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions, while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The position requires excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills to drive continuous improvement and uphold high-quality standards for the packaging.\nSchedule:\nMonday-Friday, Typical business hours\nHybrid- 3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote\nThis role requires the ability to travel 40-50% across North America\nMain Responsibilities:\nLead packaging manufacturing site audits, including planning, execution, and follow-up activities.\nTo manage and resolve packaging-related issues (NCs and CAPAs), through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, to effectively address packaging challenges\nAbout You:\nBusiness Experience:\n8+ years of Packaging experience\nDirect experience with Packaging regulations in North America (FDA & CFIA)\nExperience in leading packaging audits (auditor certification preferred)\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field (e.g., Chemical engineer)\nLead Auditor certification in (FSSC, BRC-GS ; SQF)\nPCQI Certification\nCompetencies:\nCapacity to deliver results under minimal supervision\nProactive with strong analytical and critical thinking skills\nAvailability to travel within USA and Canada\nAble to work with diverse teams across different cultures\nAbility to work with tight deadlines\nTeam player\nArtificial Intelligence Disclosure\nAs part of our recruitment process, Ferrero may use artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools to assist with reviewing candidate applications. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
