Working closely with Regional Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing and other cross-functional partners, the position will shape portfolio priorities, communication, innovation and activation, while maintaining a strong focus on P&L, market share and competitive performance.\nMain Responsibilities:\nContribute to the development and execution of brand strategy and annual business plans, ensuring alignment with category priorities and overall business objectives.\nOversee brand performance and investments, including P&L, budgets, portfolio priorities, pricing and key performance indicators.\nShape brand positioning and portfolio strategy, identifying opportunities to drive sustainable growth and strengthen market competitiveness.\nContribute to innovation and product development, leading relevant initiatives from strategic assessment through market implementation.\nTranslate regional communication strategies into effective local-market plans across media, digital, consumer engagement and brand activation, working closely with agencies and external partners.\nDevelop promotional and commercial activation strategies in partnership with Sales and Trade Marketing, ensuring strong and consistent execution across channels.\nLeverage consumer, shopper and market insights to identify opportunities, inform strategic choices and strengthen brand performance.\nMonitor market dynamics, competitive activity and business performance, translating insights into clear recommendations and action plans.\nContribute to sales forecasting and cross-functional business planning, collaborating with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other key stakeholders.\nAbout You:\nUniversity degree in Marketing, Business or related field.\nStrong experience in brand management and consumer marketing, experience in FMCG MNC is highly regarded.\nDemonstrated ability to translate brand and category strategies into actionable marketing and commercial plans.\nUnderstanding of P&L management, portfolio strategy, pricing, media, consumer insights and brand activation.\nStrong analytical capability with the ability to translate market and consumer insights into meaningful business recommendations.\nEffective cross-functional and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong communication, project management and leadership capabilities.\nFluency in English and Cantonese / Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken. \nWhat We Offer:\nCareers with caring built in - discover our benefits here.\nAbout Ferrero:\nFerrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946.
