Participating in preparing key strategic plans defining volumes, P&L, activity plan.\nManaging advertising, promotion, research and market analysis costs\nGiving direction on positioning in comparison with competitors’ actions\nVerifying former price lists and evaluating the right product mix\nNew product development (NPD) strategy development\nDriving innovation through new product and strategy development\nCOMMUNICATION & MEDIA:\nDeveloping the advertising strategy and managing creative agencies\nMonitoring the outputs related to the brand plans and participation in the definition of the promotion strategy\nSupervising material development activities (e.g. execution of packaging development and new packaging / labeling projects)\nConventional and digital media mix planning and follow-up\nRESEARCH & EXPERIMENTATION:\nAnalyzing results and data of tests, calculating KPIs and proposing actions\nParticipating in proposal, implementation (e.g. briefs) and follow-up of strategic and operational improvement projects\nTEAM MANAGEMENT:\nRecruiting, managing, motivating, coaching and developing your own team\nCOLLABORATION WITH:\nSales Force, Trade Marketing, Head of Media Planning, Region Marketing Manager Category\nAbout You:\nMin.
