The role is responsible for leading the execution and optimisation of brand plans to ensure sustainable growth, strong market and commercial performance.\nThe Brand Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams and regional marketing to translate strategy into impactful execution. This includes leading ATL media planning and delivery, driving data-led decision-making, managing product innovation, and consistent brand performance reporting.\nMain Responsibilities:\nWith the guidance of the Marketing Manager, own the preparation of the annual marketing plan & media briefs by consolidating inputs for Marketing Objectives, Business Objectives, activity grids, media plans and timelines\nLead ATL media planning and execution, managing media and creative agencies to ensure effective activation against approved briefs\nDrive data-led decision-making through interpretation of market, consumer and sales data\nPrepare internal and external brand performance reporting in line with the regional reporting calendar\nOwn product innovation & co-packing projects from concept through launch and post-launch evaluation\nDevelop strong working relationships with regional marketing and insights teams to ensure alignment and application of regional learnings\nAssist Trade Marketing in promotional strategy development and performance evaluation\nOwn long-term sales forecasting in collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance\nTrack competitor activity and wider industry trends, translating insights into brand and channel actions\nContribute to food service expansion, events management and national trade visits including travel\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing; post-graduate qualification advantageous\nApproximately 4-6 years FMCG brand management experience\nStrong ATL media planning and execution experience, including working with media and creative agencies\nProven ability to make data-driven commercial decisions, interpreting market, consumer and sales data\nConfidence in handling large datasets and deriving actionable insights to inform brand and business decisions\nProficiency in market analysis tools such as Nielsen and Circana/IRI, strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and confidently deliver presentations to senior stakeholders\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment\nWhat We Offer:\nCareers with caring built in - discover our benefits here.\nAbout Ferrero:\nFerrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946.
