The role requires strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills to translate market insights into successful brand and business results.\nMain Responsibilities:\nDevelop short and long term marketing strategies for responsible category based on Company goals & local market situation\nDevelop brand communication strategies including creative development, adaptation and full marketing mix.\nContinuously push brand innovation process in short and long terms horizon - new ideas development and international best practices implementation.\nDevelop, implement and control brand activity plans, lead the communication with related departments with brand activities planning and execution- coordination of the process & efficiency assessment.\nManage Marketing budget under supervision of Senior Brand manager and ensure its efficiency: planning, verification with Financial management, updating upon changes & tracking its efficiency.\nConstantly monitor market development, consumption trends, the competitive scenarios, in order to identify new opportunities and anticipate new trends.\nSupport Trade Marketing and Category Management teams in brand strategy implementation. Support main trade initiatives in close partnership with KAs team.\nPrepare product projection data to support Sales team in forecasting.\nCoordinate local brand strategy matching with global international brand platform, working together with International Global Category.\nAbout You:\nExperience in the Brand Management / Consumer Marketing of the leading FMCG companies for at least 3 years.\nExperience in managing strategy development, brand equity.\nExcellent strategic thinking and analytical skills together with the ability to think conceptually and creatively.\nTeam player with strong communicational and leadership skills.\nAbility to work under minimal supervision, targets’ oriented personality.\nAbility to build effective cross-departmental communications, lead the processes and motivate people.\nHigh energy and passion for winning in highly dynamic and competitive environment.\nFluent English.\nWhat We Offer:\nCareers with caring built in - discover our benefits here.\nAbout Ferrero:\nFerrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946.
