Working across functions and markets, you will guide category choices, support innovation and help local teams bring the strategy to life.\nMain Responsibilities:\nYou will connect global direction with local market realities, creating practical strategies and tools that generate measurable category and customer value.\nYou develop and continuously improve the global Sweet Spreads category growth strategy, defining priorities for assortment, merchandising, placement, visibility and shopper communication.\n\nYou translate shopper, category, channel and retailer insights into compelling selling stories, practical toolkits and clear recommendations that markets can use with customers.\n\nYou guide category inputs into innovation, lead priority projects and monitor performance to strengthen execution, share learning and scale effective approaches across markets.\n\nAbout You:\nYou bring a university degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field, together with seven to ten years of relevant experience in Category Management or Category Development. You understand shopper behavior, retail economics, channel dynamics and customer collaboration.\nYou combine different data sources to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into clear strategies and commercially practical recommendations.\n\nYou have led complex international projects and can align senior contributors around shared priorities, decisions and measurable outcomes.\n\nYou communicate fluently in English and use NielsenIQ, Circana or Kantar data, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Think-Cell to craft evidence-based stories.\n\nAre you ready for this great challenge?
