To learn more about Ferrero, visit www.ferrero.com.\nAbout the Role:\nJoin the team as an Industrial Plant Controller, coordinating the Budget process and Forecast scenarios including industrial costs, production costs, conversion costs and CAPEX investments for the Industrial Organizational Unit, while reporting results to Central Controlling.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate industrial standard cost setting for the plant budget and support budget discussions with Central Controlling in Luxembourg.\nCalculate conversion costs, finished product costs and transfer prices for subsidiaries.\nLead and coordinate the CAPEX budgeting process and review approved project presentations.\nCoordinate budgets related to product destructions/write-offs with Demand Planning.\nMonitor cost trends, communicate deviations and recommend corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with Internal Controls and prepare monthly financial KPI reports covering labor, energy, indirect labor and production costs.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nAdvanced Excel skills including financial modeling, data analysis and automation.\nStrong FP&A; experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.\nERP experience, preferably SAP.\nLeadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.\nPrior experience as Controller, Financial Planner, Finance Manager or similar roles.\nO que oferecemos:\nCarreiras com cuidado integrado - descubra nossos benefícios aqui.\nDE&I na Ferrero:\nFerrero está comprometida em construir uma cultura diversificada e inclusiva, na qual todos os funcionários se sintam acolhidos e valorizados, e tenham as mesmas oportunidades.
