This role serves as a key link between NAM POP Leader and plant POP teams, Supply Planning, Category Planning, and other Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure effective execution of production plans and achievement of service, inventory, and operational objectives. The role is focused on production scheduling governance, MRP and master-data parameter integrity, and exception-based management of planning alerts across the plant network.\nMain Responsibilities:\nScheduling & MRP Governance\nGovern production scheduling and sequencing adherence (schedule / plan adherence, wheel / cycle adherence) and manage time fences and the frozen horizon across plants.\nResponsible MRP and planning-parameter governance - lot sizing, safety stock, lead times, planning strategy, MRP type and time fences - with a defined parameter review cadence.\nSafeguard data integrity across the SAP-Kinaxis interface so master data and parameters keep the planning run executable.\nPlanning Governance & Performance\nSupport weekly and monthly planning governance processes across manufacturing plants.\nTrack and manage exceptions on key planning KPIs including Production Planning Accuracy (PPA), Attainment, Case Fill Rate (CFR), Inventory Coverage, Destruction and CPK (line capacity) planned Vs actual\nCoordinate recovery plans for line-capacity (CPK) constraints and shortfalls vs plan.\nConsolidate plant performance results and provide visibility to risks, gaps, and recovery actions.\nSupport Operations Reviews, Industrial Boards, S&OP, and other planning forums.\nProduction Planning & Operational Support\nReview production plan adherence and capacity feasibility against the constrained supply plan.\nIdentify planning risks and support alignment across plants and planning functions.\nMonitor execution against approved production plans and support issue resolution.\nMaintain visibility of plant shutdowns, maintenance activities, and operational constraints.\nCriticality & Inventory Management\nMaintain criticality tracking and recovery plans.\nCoordinate follow-up actions to mitigate service and supply risks.\nMonitor inventory coverage, obsolete materials, and destruction performance.\nSupport initiatives focused on inventory optimization and waste reduction.\nSystems, Reporting & Data Management\nMaintain planning master data, parameters, and reporting files.\nSupport planning dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance analysis.\nCoordinate planning-related system enhancements and issue resolution with IT and business stakeholders.\nEnsure accuracy and integrity of planning data used for decision making.\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nFacilitate communication of planning risks, constraints, and opportunities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting, and operational performance.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the planning organization.\nAbout You:\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.\n2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, Operations, or a related manufacturing environment.\nExperience working with ERP and planning systems such as Kinaxis RapidResponse (APS) and SAP (ECC/S4, PP/DS, APO/IBP) is preferred.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.\nKey Competencies\nAnalytical thinking and problem solving\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nEffective communication and stakeholder management\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nCross-functional collaboration and teamwork\nContinuous improvement mindset\nSuccess Measures\nAccurate and timely planning reporting and analysis.\nImproved visibility and management of operational risks and criticalities.\nEffective support of service, inventory, and production performance targets.\nStrong cross-functional alignment and execution of planning processes.\nIdentification and implementation of process improvement opportunities.\nSchedule adherence and MRP / parameter health maintained within target across the plant network.\nArtificial Intelligence Disclosure\nAs part of our recruitment process, Ferrero may use artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools to assist with reviewing candidate applications.
