You will be responsible for executing Ferrero Scandinavia’s sales strategy, managing key accounts, and ensuring strong commercial performance across your portfolio.\nYou will manage and develop customer-specific sales strategies, negotiate annual agreements, and oversee forecasting and budget planning. Delivering volume and net sales targets, optimizing promotional investments, and ensuring accurate reporting and ROI analysis are key elements of the role. You’ll collaborate with Field Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of activities and maintain Ferrero’s freshness and visibility in stores. You will also monitor trade developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunitiesand support ourcategory management initiatives.\nAbout You:\nTo succeed in this role, we believe you hold an academic degree and have experience from the Norwegian trade in a similar role, ideally within FMCG. You are fluent inNorwegian and English, literacy in other Scandinavian languages is considered a merit. Experience in Trade Marketing and/or Category Management is an advantage, as is familiarity with SAP.
