About the Role: We are looking for a structured, creative and business-oriented learning professional to join our Global Learning team and contribute to the design of impactful learning experiences across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Subject Matter Experts, internal stakeholders and external providers to translate business needs into high-quality learning solutions that are engaging, practical and aligned with our learning standards. You will play a key role in shaping blended learning journeys that combine instructor-led, digital, self-directed, social and experiential learning formats. You will help ensure that learning initiatives are not only well designed, relevant to business priorities, learner needs and measurable performance outcomes, but also scalable and global.Taking care of the delivery of the same solutions can also potentially be required, especially in the pilot phase to ensure quality and impact.
