As our Marketing Intern: Tic Tac Ambassador & Creator Program, you will join the Tic Tac Marketing team and contribute to an exciting project focused on strengthening our influencer and creator partnerships. Working alongside internal stakeholders and external PR agency, you will analyse creator performance, identify emerging trends and develop recommendations to support future campaigns.\nJoin our Marketing team for a paid, full-time internshipfrom December 2026 to mid-February 2027.The application period is from October 20 to 30th, 2026.\nIf you are interested in gaining practical exposure to influencer marketing, campaign planning, data analysis and agency collaboration within a regional business environment, we encourage you to apply!\nMain Responsibilities:\nDuring the internship, you will:\nCollaborate with the agency to gather insights on influencers and content creators.\nMonitor relevant local trends, viral content and emerging creators.\nReview the past performance of influencers during and outside campaign periods, using data provided by the business.\nDevelop recommendations on which creators the brand should continue partnering with over the short and longer term.\nRecommend engaging ways to involve influencers in upcoming campaign concepts and themes.\nConsolidate insights and recommendations into a clear and concise report for relevant stakeholders.\nDepending on project progress and business priorities, you may also have the opportunity to:\nSupport the development of an in-person immersion session designed to build creators’ understanding of the Tic Tac brand and its campaigns.\nPrepare creator briefs and supporting brand materials for the session.\nWork with the PR agency and internal stakeholders to coordinate the planning and delivery of the activation.\nThrough practical involvement in the project, you will learn how to:\nManage project timelines and coordinating multiple stakeholder expectations.\nWork effectively with an external agency partner.\nAnalyse information and translate data into meaningful insights.\nDevelop strategic recommendations and present them in a concise report.\nCollaborate as part of a regional team.\nPlan and support an in-person brand activation or creator immersion session.\nAbout You:\nWe are looking for a motivated student:\nCurrently studying at university or have recently graduated.\nNumerically confident and comfortable reviewing and interpreting data.\nInterested in marketing, influencer partnerships, social media trends or content creation.\nA creative problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with others.\nProactive, self-driven and willing to take ownership of an end-to-end project.\nAble to organise your work effectively and deliver against agreed deadlines.\nCurious, positive and willing to learn.\nProficiency in MS Office, familiarity with creative tools such as Canva would be an advantage.\nAvailable for a full-time internship from December 2026 to mid-February 2027\nWhat We Offer:\nCareers with caring built in - discover our benefits here.\nAbout Ferrero:\nFerrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946.
