Find out more about Ferrero at ferrero.com.\nMain Responsibilities:\nCONTRACT MANAGEMENT\nManages contracts, measure and improve their utilization\nPerform local communication on new contracts\nEXECUTE STRATEGIC SOURCING\nExecute strategic sourcing activities for Local Categories in line with the Group category management strategy\nSupport Group Category Manager in executing strategic sourcing activities, and providing full visibility on local market specificities\nManage implementation of strategic procurement projects\nPROCUREMENT\nLead and execute sourcing activities for all the Procurement categories according to the Group guidelines.\nAnalyze and monitor market trends, suppliers' concentrations and possible Innovation \nIdentify Sourcing opportunities and evaluate potential internal requests synergies \nLead negotiations with the Suppliers in order to bring the maximum value to the requesting function, in term of TCO (total cost of ownership), service and quality (SLA/KPI)\nSTAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT\nEnsure proper alignment with internal customers (business functions) requirements and demand\nCollaborate and support Group Category Leaders in executing strategic sourcing activities for categories\nLocal antenna for the Group, Area & Region Procurement\nCollaborates with other Functions in the definition and implementations of policies (e.g. Finance, Legal, Insurances, HR) \nADMINISTRATION ACTIVITIES\nManage overall performance of administration activities, ensuring service level and process and policy compliance\nManage emerging issues, identify area of improvements, validate process and IT system enhancements\nCreate & approve Purchase Order Documents according to defined Way-of-Working and PO thresholds\nSupport Local Admin specialist in case of mismatches between orders and invoices and approve PO documents.\nPERFORM MASTER DATA MANGEMENT\nResponsible for requiring new suppliers to be added or existing suppliers to be blocked\nSupport in collection of Supplier Data and communicate those data to the team in charge of uploading them in the system\nManage and maintain supplier financial analysis and performance for the categories.\nMANAGE PROCESS GOVERNANCE AND PERFORMANCE\nApply and follow relevant policies and procedures to pursue the category strategy consistently complying with the Group framework and guidelines.\nDefine and ensure Process Governance involving all relevant stakeholders\nAchieve targets for all Categories\nDevelop Purchasing Country Budget Planning\nPROCUREMENT SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP\nDefine Supplier Segmentation Model and Framework to define relationship type to set-up with key suppliers\nBuild and maintain supplier relationships that generate value for both Ferrero and the suppliers over time\n\nRequirements:\nMatric and Degree/Diploma in Procurement\nA least 3-5 years of experience working in procurement.\nSuccessful track record and development potential\nWorking experience in a cross-cultural environment n in a matrix organization preferable\nMastering procurement techniques: negotiating skills, RFI, RFQ, budgeting, market analysis, risk management, price management\nKnowledge of Indirect categories\nAnalytical mindset and strong reporting skills;\nEthical and strong personal values\nEnthusiasm, passion and commitment to excellence with a result-oriented approach;\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office\nPrevious experience with SAP / SAP Ariba is a plus\nEnglish\nDE&I at Ferrero:\nFerrero is committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture in which all employees feel welcomed and appreciated and have the same opportunities.
