in the cases of urgency he requests the intervention of the Utilities Maintenance\nVerifies the maintenance interventions are performed in the scheduled time and according to hygiene and safety standards\nEnvironmental\nAssist in the implementation of and conformance to the Environmental Management System within key process areas\nContinuous Improvement\nCollaborates with the Production Manager and Continuous Improvement Specialist in the development and application of Continuous Improvement initiatives\nSupports withroutine Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime\nParticipate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and equipment effectiveness.\nAbout You:\nPost-secondary education is strongly preferred, with a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Operations Management and Business Administration, or a related field.\nPrevious experience as an RTO/Production Supervisor is required\nKnowledge of production lines and machinery (production performance indicators, technological processes)\nKnowledge of stock management and production models\nKnowledge of planning techniques\nKnowledge and application of production performance analysis methods\nKnowledge and application of Ferrero Safety, Quality and Sanitation policies and procedures\nKnowledge and application of production KPI’s\nStrong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment;\nDemonstrated ability to direct production employees in a proactive and positive manner;\nDemonstrated problem solving and leadership skills;\nAbility to troubleshoot technological problems\nDemonstrated team building skills;\nKnowledge of production scheduling \nHuman resource management skills\nAble to work with minimal supervision in a rotating shift environment.\nProficient with Microsoft Office tools;
