We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Third Shift Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for ensuring efficient and safe production operations during the overnight hours.\nHours/ Schedule:\n3rd Shift: 9:45p- 7:30a\nMon- Fri, with occasional weekend support as needed\nMain Responsibilities:\nResponsible for the daily activities for the optimization of the production factors (material, methods, labor force and machinery) providing all necessary information to Line responsible and Production Manager with the usage / handling of the single shift.\nResponsible within the shift for all production phases of their areas of competence within the assigned UGP. (Preparation, Molding, Enrobing, Packaging)\nOversee the inventory inside their area of responsibility.\nResponsible for the presence of packaging/raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods for the successive shifts through coordination with the person in charge of the production line.\nKnowledge of production lines and machinery (production performance indicators, technological processes)\nKnowledge of stock management and production models\nKnowledge of planning techniques\nKnowledge and application of production performance analysis methods\nKnowledge and application of Ferrero Safety, Quality and Sanitation policies and procedures\nKnowledge and application of production KPI’s\nAbout You:\n4-7 years of supervisory experience\nStrong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment.\nDemonstrated ability to direct production employees in an initiative-taking and positive manner.\nDemonstrated problem solving and leadership skills.\nAbility to troubleshoot technological problems.\nDemonstrated team building skills.\nKnowledge of production scheduling\nHuman resource management skills\nAble to work with minimal supervision in a shift environment.\nProficient with Microsoft Office tools; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint\nArtificial Intelligence Disclosure\nAs part of our recruitment process, Ferrero may use artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools to assist with reviewing candidate applications.
