You will manage complex engineering projects involving warehouses, automated material handling systems (AMR, AGV, ect) and intralogistics, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, efficient and standardized solutions.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic capital investment projects while helping shape the future of logistics engineering within a global organization.\nMain Responsibilities:\nAs Project Engineer - Logistics, you will:\nLead end-to-end logistics engineering projects, from concept and design through execution and commissioning.\nDevelop and optimize warehouse and intralogistics solutions, including automated material handling, storage systems and picking technologies.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Automation, Utilities and Purchasing.\nManage technical interfaces with external suppliers, system integrators and logistics partners.\nSupport CAPEX planning, budgeting and investment evaluations for logistics projects.\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to standardize engineering solutions and share best practices across Ferrero plants.\nContribute to the development of engineering standards, digital tools and innovative approaches, including Digital Twin and BIM methodologies.\nEnsure projects are delivered according to quality, timing, cost and safety requirements.\nAbout You:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Industrial or related discipline).\nAround 5 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably within logistics, manufacturing or automation environments.\nExperience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.\nKnowledge of warehouse automation and intralogistics systems.\nGood understanding of SAP (preferably EWM) and industrial automation environments.\nFamiliarity with PLCs, industrial networks, databases and automation systems is considered an advantage.\nExperience with engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks is a plus.\nStrong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExcellent English.\nWhat will make you successful\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in an international environment.\nCollaborative approach with cross-functional teams and external partners.\nProactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and drive technical decisions.\nWillingness to travel internationally as required by project activities (at least 50% ).\nWho you'll work with\nYou will collaborate with colleagues across Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Automation, Utilities and Purchasing, while partnering with external engineering firms, logistics suppliers and automation providers to successfully deliver global logistics projects.\nArtificial Intelligence Disclosure\nAs part of our recruitment process, Ferrero may use artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools to assist with reviewing candidate applications. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
