Operates production lines in accordance with FDA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP/SQF program guidelines.\nThe incumbent is required to work effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment, understands and meets internal and external business needs with professionalism and a sense of urgency.\nAbility to execute to plan in any of the production or warehouse areas/shifts. Possess leadership and communication ability which encourages teamwork and idea generation while remaining focused on results and process improvement.\nSchedule:\nAbility to work any shift on a rotational basis (1st, 2nd or 3rd shift)\nThis position may require approximately 5% travel and work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidays.\nMain Responsibilities:\nBUDGET PREPARATION\nCoordination of process for setting industrial cost standards (bill of materials, labor, etc.) for the Production Unit budget.\nPrepares, in coordination with the departments, the yearly budget by cost center.\nAdvanced preparation of documentation and compilation of data.\nSupports the Head of Production Unit in creating the budget proposals.\nPresents the budget to the Central Operations Office.\nINDUSTRIAL COSTS/TRANSFER PRICE/ANALYSIS\nPrepares and performs the standard cost and the product transfer price calculations\nEnsures ongoing analysis of progress and variance of resources used in production and production efficiency.\nPrepares the related periodic reports\nPerform regular cost analysis to highlight trends and area of attention to guide the Plant Manager and his Team for short- and long-term actions with the aim of preserving the profitability\nWRITE OFF (DESTRUCTIONS) ANALYSIS (MONTHLY)\nMonitors posted material movements other than production consumption and verifies that supporting documentation is issued and approved.\nPrepares related periodic reports.\nCoordinates the quarterly process of assessing the accrual to cover obsolescence risk\nCAPITAL PROJECTS & FIXED ASSET MANAGEMENT\nCooperates with Investment project dept to prepare the correct WBS structure for the projects under construction.\nCooperates with Administration and Maintenance dept to prepare the new fixed asset activation and assignment to SAP fixed asset register.\nSupports administration in periodic fixed assets stock taking and fixed asset book verification\nSupports administration in case of fixed asset dismissal and write off\nCOST SIMULATION & NEW PROJECTS\nPerforms cost simulations and new projects cost calculation when the BU is studying the launch of a new product or SKU\nPerforms cost simulations to evaluate a new production flow, a different shifting pattern, or a revised production sequence.\nAbout You:\nBachelors Degree and 3 to 5 years experience.\nEffective communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills\nDemonstrated ability to manage complexity.\nProven ability to effectively manage people.\nStrong problem-solving ability.\nAbility to work with employees at all levels of the organization.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.\nProcessing, packing and mechanical experience.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nExperience with SAP\nDemonstrated ability to manage complexity.\nProven ability to effectively manage people.\nStrong problem-solving ability.\nAbility to work with employees at all levels of the organization.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.\nProcessing, packing and mechanical experience.\nPassionate about Safety!
