They coordinate planning, scheduling, and vendor activities across departments, monitoring maintenance, validation, and quality tasks to address any issues promptly. Ferring US is also Great Places to Work® Certified, distinguishing it as one of the best companies to work for in the country.\nResponsibilities:\nTakes full ownership of the end-to-end process, ensuring execution and accountability across at every stage.\nEnsures that all relevant staff and departments are informed of construction and maintenance activities, maintaining clear communication regarding the status of utility shutdowns.\nCollaborates with the Maintenance Leadership Team, Validation, Quality, and Operations to develop a comprehensive shutdown schedule using Microsoft Project or similar software, enabling thorough tracking of outages, documentation execution, and shutdown closeout activities.\nCreates and oversees a shutdown planning action list, ensuring its timely execution.\nManages relationships effectively with key stakeholders, including Maintenance and Production Team Leaders, Reliability Coordinators, and Operations Leadership.\nIdentifies and recommends opportunities for improvement.\nEnsures compliance with safety, environmental, and purchasing policies, guidelines, and procedures.\nEvaluates and challenges the asset planning and coordination strategy before and during shutdowns.\nDrives a culture change within the plant to establish...\nEstablishes preparatory work required before scheduled equipment downtime.\nChairs the daily shutdown planning coordination meeting.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience, preferably in engineering.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience in an FDA-regulated environment.\nDemonstrated strong project management skills.\nComprehensive background in cGMP principles and concepts.\nProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and general familiarity with Windows. The base salary range for this role is $94,263 to $175,059, which is the reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount paid may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and primary work location. Additional compensation for this role will be provided based on competitive annual incentive compensation targets in the form of an annual bonus - payouts are based on individual and company performance.\nBenefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with a premium differential, inverse to base salary, to be paid by employees, a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellness benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full time employees to accrue up to 120 hours in the first four (4) years of employment, and 160 hours in the fifth (5th) year of employment as well as 12 to 13 paid holidays per year.
