The ideal candidate will have experience in document control, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), and possess good communication and organisational abilities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain and update project documentation in compliance with company standards.\n\nEnsure accurate filing, retrieval, and distribution of documents across teams.\n\nMonitor document workflows and approvals within EDMS systems.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for EDMS-related queries.\n\nConfigure and manage document control settings in Asite and other platforms.\n\nTrain and mentor new starters on document control processes and EDMS systems.\n\nProvide ongoing support to project teams on document management best practices.\n\nEnsure all documentation meets regulatory and project requirements.\n\nConduct periodic audits to maintain data integrity and compliance.\n\nLiaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth document flow.\n\nSupport project managers with reporting and document status updates.\n\nWork across multiple platforms and systems to ensure consistency of data.\n\nVerify that all project information is captured and consolidated within Asite, maintaining a single source of truth for documentation.\n\nDepartment: Information Management\nReports to: Document Control Manager\nLocation: Euston, London\nKey Skills and qualifications:\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
