Working under the direction of the Project Engineer and Segment / Discipline Manager, the Field Engineer focuses on production tracking, quantities, and field coordination.\nThis role is highly field-oriented and is critical to maintaining productivity, quality, and compliance on site.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport day-to-day field operations and construction activities.\nCoordinate with superintendents, foremen, and crews to ensure work is executed per plans and specifications.\nTrack and report daily quantities installed and performed.\nMaintain daily field records, including labor, equipment, and production.\nAssist in the preparation and implementation of Work Plans.\nSupport quality control inspections, testing, and documentation.\nIdentify field issues, constructability concerns, and discrepancies, escalating as needed.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.\nRequirements\n\nMinimum of 1 year experience in construction\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline\nHigh level of English (written and spoken)\nA demonstrated ability to multitask, be a self-starter, and have a passion for construction and a job well done \nSeize the challenge.
