The ideal candidate should have strong technical capability, hands-on field experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.\nThis role requires a multi-disciplinary technician with expertise across automation, communications, IT configuration and electrical panel construction-capable of supporting end-to-end system deployment in the field.\nKey Technical Requirements\nPLC and SCADA Programming\nProven experience in PLC programming, configuration, and diagnostics.\nAbility to perform on-site troubleshooting, logic adjustments, and commissioning activities.\nExperience with SCADA systems, including configuration, communication mapping, tag management, alarms, and functional testing.\nCommunications Systems\nStrong knowledge of industrial communication protocols.\nUnderstanding of network topologies and communication architecture in field environments.\nAbility to configure and test serial, fibre, and IP-based communication links.\nIT Equipment Configuration\nExperience configuring industrial IT devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, gateways and embedded industrial PCs.\nAbility to perform IP addressing, VLANs, routing basics, device hardening and network diagnostics.\nExperience installing and configuring platforms, firmware updates, system backups and remote access.\nElectrical and Electronic Panel Assembly\nHands-on experience in building electrical and electronic cabinets, wiring, cable routing, and hardware installation.\nAbility to read and work from electrical diagrams, schematics and panel layout drawings.\nKnowledge of industrial safety standards, grounding, power distribution and low-voltage systems.\nField Work Requirements\nAbility to work on construction/industrial sites, perform equipment installation, integration, testing and commissioning.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and the capability to work under time-critical conditions.\nWillingness to travel to site when required.\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving ability and autonomy.\nClear communication skills for coordinating with engineering, suppliers and site teams.\nHigh attention to detail and quality when working with safety-critical systems.\nFlexibility, adaptability and ability to meet tight deadlines.\nSeize the challenge.
