You will combine hands-on technical judgment with stakeholder management, team development and oversight of external assurance providers.\nWithin Internal Audit, you will join an international and collaborative team with direct exposure to senior management and the Audit Committee. This is an opportunity to influence how a global organization manages technology risk, strengthens internal controls and continuously improves its SOX program.\nKey Responsabilities:\nLead IT audit and advisory engagements, defining the strategy with the Head of Internal Audit and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.\nCoordinate the ongoing implementation and assessment of SOX IT controls, including ITGCs, ITACs and IPEs, across applications, infrastructure and cloud environments.\nDefine the scope and testing approach for outsourced assurance services; review working papers, challenge conclusions and monitor delivery against agreed milestones.\nAssess control deficiencies and their potential impact, and partner with control owners and management to agree practical and sustainable remediation plans.\nPresent clear, concise insights on SOX progress, control effectiveness and key risks to senior management and the Audit Committee.\nCoach and develop team members through continuous feedback, technical guidance and training.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify testing, improve data quality and increase the efficiency of the SOX compliance model through automation and digitalization.\nProvide guidance to process and control owners on evolving SOX, PCAOB and technology-control expectations.\nOversee critical quarter-end self-certification activities and contribute to Internal Audit methodology and transformation initiatives.\nWhat makes this role different?Visible impact: your work will directly support senior management and Audit Committee decision-making.\nGlobal scope: you will work across businesses, technologies and geographies.\nRoom to shape the function: you will help improve the SOX model, methodology, analytics and ways of working.\nLeadership and growth: you will develop people while continuing to deepen your own technical and business expertise.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or telecommunication with more than 5 years of experience in external/internal IT audit or an Information System Department.\nStrong knowledge of ITGCs, ITACs, IPEs and SOX testing, including system interfaces, key reports and the evaluation of control deficiencies.\nBroad understanding of enterprise technology, including applications, on-premise and cloud infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity and SaaS, PaaS and IaaS environments.\nAbility to connect technology risks and controls with end-to-end business processes such as order to cash, procure to pay and financial reporting.\nExperience leading projects, reviewing the work of others and managing senior stakeholders in a global, fast-paced environment.\nClear communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to translate complex technical matters into business-focused conclusions.\nA proactive, pragmatic and collaborative approach, with sound judgment, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.\nWillingness to travel internationally, up to approximately 20%.\nSeize the challenge.
