Mustpossesssuperior construction knowledge, excellent personnel management skills, schedulingexpertise, goodknowledgeand use of cost control procedures.\n\n5-10 years of experience in Water / Wastewater construction\n\nModerate tohigh levelofproficiencyoperating Primavera 6 CPM scheduling software\n\nModerate tohigh levelofproficiencyoperating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint\n\nValid driver license for frequent travel\n\nBe able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications\n\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
