In this high growth role, a case manager will help patients access care, all while shaping our operational workflows and AI-powered product.\nWhat you’ll do\nGuide patients through our care workflows with empathy and efficiency.\n\nManage tasks such as appointment scheduling, provider communication, insurance verifications, and patient follow-ups.\n\nUse various internal and external tools like CRMs, databases, and scheduling platforms to track patient progress and case statuses.\n\nCommunicate with patients, practices, and providers via SMS, phone, and email - delivering a warm and supportive experience.\n\nIdentify and change internal processes to improve team efficiency and patient experience.\n\nCreate internal training materials and documentation as our workflows evolve.\n\nHelp mentor and onboard new team members as we grow.\n\nWork flexibly and calmly in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\n2-3+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare navigation, project coordination, or similar.\n\nMeticulous attention to detail and a love for keeping things organized.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills - you’re great on the phone and over email.\n\nComfortable learning and offering feedback on new software tools (bonus if you’ve used CRMs or patient platforms).\n\nAble to work independently and prioritize across multiple tasks and timelines.\n\nSkilled at creating documentation and sharing knowledge with others.\n\nComfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to rapidly changing workflows.\n\nBonus points if you’ve worked in a startup or early-stage environment.\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary ($50,000 - $65,000) and early-stage equity.\n\nHealth insurance through Thatch with a generous monthly allowance to purchase the medical, dental and vision plans that works best for you.\n\n401(k) with a 4% match.\n\nWhy Join Ferry?\nWe’re a small but mighty team on a mission to transform how patients get care.
