You dive into large datasets to analyze customer behavior and travel patterns, uncovering insights that drive strategic actions.\nYour day-to-day tasks involve a combination of ad-hoc analyses, systematic reporting, and developing scalable data models using dbt to support the company’s growth. The focus is on extracting meaningful insights and translating them into actionable recommendations; you own the full lifecycle of building and maintaining the logic and transformations. You need a business mindset, strong attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. SQL is at the core of everything you do, from exploring data to building the models behind our reporting.\nResponsibilities\nBuild, maintain, and communicate systematic reports to support both strategic and day-to-day decision-making.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across departments to define and monitor KPIs and trends.\nDevelop and maintain data models and datasets for reporting and analytical purposes.\nFoster a data-driven culture by working closely with stakeholders to drive insights, automation, and process improvements through data.\nEnable stakeholders to understand and use available data products to promote data-driven decision-making and assist in problem -solving.\nWork with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions aligned with business goals.\nAnalyze large, complex datasets to generate insights and suggest actionable recommendations.\nIdentify bottlenecks and uncover opportunities where data can add value, collaborating with data analysts and engineers to scale the data team effectively.\nRequirements\n2-4 years of experience in a similar role\nProficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with dbt and Git version control.\nGood grasp of data modeling, from understanding data granularity and relationships to organizing data for analysis and reporting.\nSolid experience with Power BI, Looker Studio (or similar tools) for designing and creating data visualizations, custom reports, and dashboards.\nExperience with BigQuery or other data warehousing technologies for managing large-scale datasets.\nStrong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.\nAbility to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements.\nHigh standards for data quality, accuracy, and ownership.\nAttention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and comfort juggling several projects in a fast-paced environment.\nNice to have:\nPython knowledge is a plus.\nExperience with marketing performance analytics, conversion funnels, or attribution metrics. \nCurrent Tech stack:\nGoogle Cloud (BigQuery), Power BI, Looker Studio, dbt-core, git, G Suite\nThe annual salary range for this position is 27.000 - 33.000 gross, under Greek Labour Law\nBenefits\nThe health of our company and the success of our products are directly related to the health of our team and the work environment we create for ourselves.
