Обязанности:

  • Реализация проекта по повышению операционной эффективности блока компании.
  • Проведение диагностики текущего состояния операционной эффективности, производительности и системы непрерывных улучшений.
  • Анализ текущих процессов.
  • Выявление узких мест и потерь.
  • Формирование мероприятий с KPI и сроками.
  • Развитие персонала и культуры эффективности через внедрение инструментов бережливого производства и инструментов технического предела.
  • Формирование ключевых показателей эффективности подразделений.
  • Руководство проектной командой численностью до 4 человек.
  • Взаимодействие с профильными подразделениями в рамках реализации проекта.

Требования:

  • Высшее образование.
  • Опыт реализации проектов в сфере операционной эффективности от 10 лет.
  • Лидерские компетенции.
  • Опыт управления персоналом.
  • Успешный опыт реализации бережливого производства в крупных корпорациях.
  • Успешный опыт внедрения цифровизации в операционный ритм предприятий.
