There’s plenty still to figure out, and you’ll have real ownership of how these experiences look, feel and work.\nYou’ll work alongside our design, brand, product and engineering team, bringing your own ideas and taking experiences from early concepts through to release.\nYou might be a designer who builds or an engineer with great design instincts. What matters is that you’ve designed and shipped interfaces yourself, have a strong eye for detail and can make complicated things feel simple.\nWhat you’ll own\nKey experiences across our consumer app and partner platforms, from early ideas to shipped product.\n\nUX, visual design, prototypes and frontend code, working with the team to turn real user needs into thoughtful experiences.\n\nInterfaces built in React and TypeScript that are responsive, accessible and reliable.\n\nThe details that make a product feel great: typography, layout, motion, interactions and clear, helpful feedback.\n\nImprovements to our design system, building on the brand and creating reusable components and patterns.\n\nUsing AI to explore different approaches, prototype quickly and build faster.\n\nRefining what you’ve shipped, learning from users and improving how it works.\n\nAbout you\nYou’ve designed and built digital products, with work you can show us.\n\nYou have great taste and strong UI and UX instincts. You can explain why something works beyond how it looks.\n\nYou’re comfortable writing frontend code and taking an interface through to release.\n\nYou can think through a whole journey, including the awkward bits, empty states and things that might go wrong.\n\nYou work well with designers, product people and engineers, bringing your own perspective and building on theirs.\n\nYou’re comfortable exploring a problem before there’s a perfect brief.\n\nYou’ll probably love this role if\nYour camera roll is full of screenshots of interfaces you liked.\n\nYou’ve downloaded an app just to see how they did the onboarding.\n\nA really good interaction makes you stop and play with it a few more times.\n\nYou notice when something’s two pixels off, and it’s hard to leave it alone.\n\nYou have a side project, half-built prototype or “I wonder if I could make…” on the go.\n\nYou’re always trying new AI tools and sending the team things you’ve made.\n\nYou have opinions, enjoy debating ideas and can change your mind.\n\nYou care about getting the details right, but also love getting something out into the world.\n\nYou want to build something millions of pet parents could use.
