the delivery of high-quality software solutions.\nRequirements\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to software engineering teams across multiple customer programs.\nSupport customer meetings, technical reviews, workshops, project status discussions, and issue resolution activities.\nLead requirements analysis, software design reviews, software architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.\nCoordinate software development, integration, verification, and release activities throughout the software development lifecycle.\nDevelop and review embedded software using Model-Based Design methodologies and modern software engineering practices.\nSupport software integration, debugging, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.\nGuide software testing activities, including MIL, SIL, HIL, integration, and validation testing.\nEnsure bidirectional traceability between requirements, software implementation, and verification artifacts.\nReview and approve engineering deliverables, software releases, test reports, and technical documentation.\nCollaborate with systems, validation, project management, and customer engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.\nIdentify technical risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain program timing and deliverable quality.\nMentor and support junior engineers while driving engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications:\n8+ years of experience in automotive embedded software development, software integration, or systems engineering. \nU.S. Citizenship or Green Card is required\nProven experience leading technical teams and coordinating software development activities.\nExperience working directly with customers in a technical leadership or customer-facing role.\nStrong experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, Embedded C/C++, software integration, and verification activities.\nExperience with requirements management, traceability, software testing, and release management.\nKnowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, CAN FD, LIN, UDS, and Ethernet.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and software quality processes.\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, drive issue resolution, and support customer programs with minimal supervision.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Model-Based Development (MBD) and code generation workflows.\nFamiliarity with AUTOSAR, Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architectures, and embedded software platforms.\nKnowledge of functional safety concepts and requirements traceability methodologies.\nExperience with HIL/MIL/SIL testing environments and automated testing frameworks.\nStrong presentation, communication, and customer relationship management
