Meet The Team
The Creative Marketing team is the bridge between business, data, and creativity, helping Fever’s experiences connect with audiences worldwide. We research, conceptualize, and craft campaigns, producing audiovisual and digital content that brings our projects to life. By collaborating across teams, we ensure every experience is supported with creative strategies and insights that make an impact.

The Role
As an Audiovisual Producer, you’ll turn creative ideas into compelling photo and video content for Fever’s social media and digital channels. You’ll be the person making production happen: developing creative briefs, finding the right local talent and production partners, coordinating pre-production and shoots, and ensuring the best raw footage and photography are delivered to our creative teams. Working across creative, marketing, and other teams, you’ll combine a strong eye for visual storytelling with solid production skills to bring each project to life.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the audiovisual production process from the concept and creative brief to the delivery of materials for post-production
- Represent the audiovisual production area as an expert in different disciplinary environments
- Coordinate different teams along the audiovisual production process
- Participate in the search, selection and hiring of audiovisual production freelancers or agencies in different cities, depending on the content needs of each project
- Be part of the development of creative concepts and technical briefings for production team management
- Participate in the creation of a database and network of contacts
- Search and selection of talent, venues, props & sets, or any audiovisual production resources that may be needed
- Selection and validation of raw footage for the development of creative assets
- Management of regular production tasks: contracts, production-related documents, licensing, billing process, etc
Who You Are
- Based in Madrid
- Fluent English speaker and proficient in Spanish
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative production role at a creative agency or a similar environment
- Knowledge of technical equipment, camera files and technical specifications
- Audiovisual Production trends seeker
- Experience with digital files management and storage systems
- Deep passion for digital marketing and social media
- Proactivity and ability to work in a highly demanding, fast-moving environment
- Teamwork attitude
