We work closely with nearly every department, combining strategy, creativity, and data to connect millions of people with unforgettable experiences.\nJoin us if you want to drive global impact, master data-driven creativity, and help millions of people discover their next unforgettable experience.\n\nThe role\n\nBuild Fever's B2B marketing automation from the ground up: one compliant database, the forms that feed it, and the nurturing and workflows that turn contacts into qualified leads and opportunities, connected to Salesforce and consistent with the Fever CRM ecosystem.\nWhat you will do\nDesign the B2B data model and its sync with the CRM tech stack. \nEnsure best practices in data quality, integrations, and legal requirements\nBuild lead lifecycle, scoring, routing and SLAs with marketing and sales.\nCreate marketing nurturing workflows and re-engagement workflows; manage users and permissions.\nWork closely with the Operations team on processes, data flows and systems connecting the B2B tools integration with Marketing, Data and Product.\nPromote the integration of AI solutions into the CRM ecosystem by exploring new use cases and driving innovation initiatives.\nAct as the primary point of contact between B2B CRM and cross-functional stakeholders.\nWho you are\n5+ years in marketing automation, CRM or marketing operations, with at least one B2B setup built from scratch.\nHands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, forms, lead scoring, lists and its Salesforce integration) or solid Salesforce knowledge.\nProven data migrations and integrations, working with engineering, data teams and marketing operations teams.\nStrong knowledge of GDPR, B2B privacy rules and consent management.\nYou have an Engineering bachelor's \nAdvanced English level; additional languages are a plus.\nHands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented.\nWhy You'll Love It Here\nAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance\nHealth insurance and other benefits such as Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee\nOpportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader\n40% discount on all Fever events and experiences\nWork in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our markets\nHome office friendly\nResponsibility from day one and professional and personal growth\nGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!\nEnglish / Spanish lessons\nWellhub (Gympass) membership\nPossibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow\nThank you for considering joining Fever.
