The Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team in Madrid! You will be at the heart of delivering unique and exciting multi-channel campaigns for some of the world's leading brands, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to stretch beyond traditional project management.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end delivery of brand partnership projects across Spain and Portugal, ensuring they are executed on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including sales, marketing, design, creative strategy, and Fever Originals to align campaign priorities and deadlines.
- Lead day-to-day client communication throughout a project's lifecycle, delivering premium account servicing and identifying strategic upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate on creative strategy and brainstorms to build innovative proposal slides and tangible deliverable packages that match client budgets.
- Oversee production logistics, including sourcing external suppliers and leading local and national branded content shoots.
- Execute regular campaign analysis and reporting, turning raw performance data into insightful stories and optimization solutions.
- Maintain deep market knowledge of the regional media and events landscapes to build competitive reviews and optimize internal processes.
Who You Are
- You bring 3-5+ years of experience in project management, account management, or production, ideally within a media owner or creative agency.
- You possess native-level Spanish and professional fluency in English (both written and oral communication).
- You have a proven track record in client servicing and relationship management, with exceptional negotiation capabilities.
- You demonstrate expertise in crafting client-facing decks and proposals that visually and strategically map out out-of-the-box ideas.
- You hold strong analytical and strategic skills, allowing you to translate raw campaign data into insightful, actionable reports.
- You are a proactive problem-solver with impeccable attention to detail, comfortable navigating new and challenging situations.
- You bring an openness to on-camera content creation or basic videography skills (e.g., iPhone shooting), which is a great advantage.
