You will be at the heart of driving the development and cross-functional delivery of unique media and event-led campaigns for world-leading brands. This role is ideal for a proactive collaborator who excels at client servicing, managing budgets, and translating data into impactful narratives within a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork with your sales counterpart to interpret and respond to client briefs - both media and event-led. Collaborate in the ideation, strategic insight and storytelling of a proposal, and translate ideas into a package of tangible deliverables that align with time and budget restraints. \nDrive different department teams for development and delivery of our brand partnership projects, both media and event-led. Communicate to the team any and all priorities, deadlines, developments, and decisions made, and ensuring everything is delivered within budget.\nLead the day-to-day communication with a client throughout the lifetime of a project, delivering outstanding client services and always looking to upsell beyond the current agreement.\nConduct regular and thorough reporting and analysis of campaign work.\nActively participate in regular team meetings and brainstorms.\nDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with key clients, partners, influencers, third parties, and colleagues to provide appropriate skills and input to programmes and activities.\nContinuously update and maintain understanding and knowledge of the media and market in which clients operate, building competitor reviews and developing our tools and processes to ensure we stay relevant and competitive.\nWho You Are\n4+ Years in a relevant role, ideally media owner/agency or creative/digital agency\nExperience responding to clients briefs\nExtensive client-facing experience\nExcellent eye for detail and accuracy\nA good standard of numeracy and literacy\nExcellent communication skills (both oral and written)\nStrong knowledge of social media\nComfortable working through new situations\nStrategic and analytical thinker\nConfidence in establishing and developing new relationships\nTeam player\nPassionate about brands and innovative ideas\nFluency in English\nWhy You'll Love It Here\nAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance\n40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher.\nSuperannuation: We invest in your future.
