Operating at the intersection of data and creativity, you will shape the narrative frameworks that introduce millions of users to unforgettable experiences worldwide. In this role, you will collaborate across dynamic growth channels to transform audience interest into loyal customers, helping to elevate our brands on a global scale.\nWhat You´ll Do\nOwn and drive the full marketing strategy for your experiences.\nDevelop compelling and scalable marketing plans for exclusive experiences worldwide, both for partners and for our unique Fever Original events.\nLaunch and optimize high-visibility performance marketing campaigns across social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.\nCollaborate closely with the growth marketing team to analyze results, identify opportunities, and continuously improve performance.\nLeverage advanced data insights to guide strategic decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and refine marketing models over time.\nBring strong analytical capabilities with deep command of performance metrics, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.\nWork cross-functionally with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content teams to provide strategic direction for campaigns.\nGrow and scale your portfolio of experiences with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.\nDemonstrate strong executive communication skills and confidently lead meetings with partners and internal teams.\nWho You Are\nYou have +6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads and other social paid platforms.\nYou have a native/bilingual level of English.
